Billing dispute

I have a bill dispute query that i have been following up on for th e past 2 months with Cell C Fibre, i have spoken to a couple of people along the way, but still no resolution, no call back to update.

I have spoken to Thasveer Davnath, Anele Shezi, M Nokuphila, P Jwara and recently as in the past month, been talking to Nolwazi Shezi.

All of these people have promised escalation and resolution to no end.

The billing issue is still not resolved, every time i call i receive a call from someone asking me to relate the events, i have related this story to many people i have lost count, now i have been asking to speak to Nolwazi Shezi, and she has also not been successful in resolving the issue as well.

I am writing this review, as a person that has lost all faith and confidence in Cell C as an organization and their ability to resolve issues, it makes me wonder, how does their business survive if they cannot resolve issues and close them.
