BILLING DISPUTE

I am highly frustrated and infuriated, my services were suspended after I lodged a query, received a reference number and to date never received any feedback re same. (I made a payment in the interim to avoid further discrepancies) My biggest concern is that this problem will affect my credit scoring at the credit bureau which will list me as a slow payer. On 25/06/15 I lodged my query with ref no: *** but only received 1 sms on the 9/9/15 and a call 10/07/15 stating that my account is overdue and my services will be suspended. The consultant then took my ref and confirmed that they will phone me. My accounts for the months: Jan -R587.62
