billing department useless

<p>I’m so tired of calling cell c customer service regarding my account, last year I cancelled my contract and paid it off but later realised that they didnt cancel the contract.</p> <p>Called cell c don’t how many time I’ve been transfer from one department to another, spoke to a lady by the name of Katlego she advised me that my account was at cancelled by their legal team transferred to legal team the advised me my account it not there, but don’t still I can’t use the phone that I paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last year November I west to East gate mall and paid, but still my account has not yet cancelled, spoke to Thandeka gave me ref number *** who promised to call me back but she never did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR STAFF IF THEY ARE NOT WELL TRAINED</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday i called again i was promised a call within 2 working day, still no call.someone needs to call me or im going to the ombudsman im tired of cell c </p> <p>SOMEONE NEED TO CALL ME</p> <p>***</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
