All cell customers must watch out of CELL C unexpected over charging DATA & over billing.I BOUGHT WHATS APP DEAL DATA from cell c,The deal says you buy whats app data,you can chat,send photos free of charge,they say.you buy it.but later on you find out that they actually charging from you data.I BOUGHT IT BUT I FELT LIKE I WASTED MY TIME BY BUYING WHATS APP DATA BECAUSE THERE IS NO DIFFERENT IT MAKES.they charge as normal.I REPORTED REPORTED THE PROBLEM but I was told my applications eats my data because they running on the background.I DID NOT BELIEVE THEM because they always hide behind that.I SWITCHED OFF ALL MY APPLICATIONS EXCLUDING WHATS APP,just to show them that they are big ***** & DATA ******.all my applications are off except whats app.but I am still losing Data\I screen grabbed my balance b4 after use just to prove it to them
