billing and repairs

On the 26/09/2015 I paid my account but I was told they can't find my payment so I should fax proof of payment,which I did they still say they can't find the payment,all of my lines are Barred and no one wants to help they keep giving me incorrect or incomplete information. I also have a phone which I reported over 2weeks ago but they still haven't collected it for repairs.I am paying for a phone which is not working and no one wants to help. Clearly the only people who can do their work are people from sales who calls you 3times a day when signing up for a New contact.
