Billing & Accounts: Call Centre Agents are useless

Cell C is HOPELESS! <br> By far the WORST service provider in South Africa!<br> <br> The amount is supposed to be debited. After not debiting, I receive a number of threatening sms's about the line being locked and 'failure to make payment will result in bad listing with the Credit Bureau'. I then get told to pay the outstanding balance and the line will be unlocked. Its been a few days and the line is still not unlocked. <br> I contact the Call Centre again only to be told that the line will not be unlocked, despite payment being made. <br> <br> WHAT THE HELL AM I PAYING FOR???
