Billing account and contract

I dont know whats more disapointing being promised to get what i have been asking for or the fact that i complained about not getting a good service from you. is it really so hard to send a copy of my contract to a nearest branch? my account is billing is increasing while you people are just seating there not doing anything about what i have been asking for. I dont use water to call your offices, so please ill ask again can someone please just send a copy of my recorded copy contract at the nearest branch.<br>
