Good day,
I am very annoyed with your service. My line was suspended regardless that payment was done on the 4th of May.
I called in today and spoke to an agent Phelokazi who was not of help at all and after that my service was suspended.
Is this what you call customer service??????????????????????
Your billing function cannot pic up my payment and that is my problem????????????????????????????
When I send the proof again their mail states its full and can not accept any more mails. They are really unprofessional and useless.
