Hi Skhumbuzo<br> <br> I hope this complain reach you.<br> <br> - On the 29/01/2015 I lodge a complain about bad service from Cell C.<br> - On the same day of my complain Skhumbuzo Ndlovu Called me to apologise about the bad service from cell c and promise to help to resolve to the problem.<br> - On the 4/02/2015 he told me that the problem will be resolved and R435.40 will be paid back into my account and that process will take 4 t0 10 working days.<br> - Today I complain because is the 9th day and no respond from cell c and no money has been deposited back into my account. <br> - Please Skhumbuzo I don't like to write to Hello Peter I thought this matter is resolved and I thing I am right unless someone prove me wrong because the money is not in my account.<br> <br> Your co-operation will be highly appreciated.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Collin
