Hi there I’ve got quite a big problem with Cell C’s department at this stage, every month so far you guys used to send Mr my account with all 3 cell numbers included and low and behold last month you sent me just the account for the numbers, ***; ***) and the amount was R678.49 , but you never sent me the account for the number ***) the amount was supposed to be R413.99 so I played it myself, and sent you the proof of payment, which you received and let me no that you will allocate the payment to the cell number which you guys did not do I’m very disappointed in this ,shows me that the account department are not doing there work. Now add up the two amounts it comes to R1 092.48 so I’m in the clear , but again this month you have only sent me the account for the numbers ***; ***) and once again not for the number ***) now for the first two numbers the amount is R678.49 and again I’ve not received the bill for number ***) were you say you are going to take R1500.00 of this month but lets deduct R413.99 from R1500.00 that gives you an amount of R1086.01 and take of the R678.49 that means I must pay R407.52 this month , once again here is the proof of payment I sent to you the 1st of this month. Here are all my details. Mr B. G.
