<p>I browse, utilise my Cell C device and mobile data disabled, peruse internet etc via my company Wi-Fi hotspot/router. I do not utilise my cell C mobile data, it is disabled. So I need some explanation, do I get charged for browsing, downloading data, information etc via another cell phone providers Wi-Fi hotspot???</p> <p> </p> <p>My cell C bill is sitting at a R1000!!!!! Absolutely frustrating?!!! Need explanations please </p>
