Billing

<p>Due to medical expenses i had missed a payment with Cell C. I have made arrangements with a Cell C billing agent on 13 July 2017 that the arrear amount and current amount can be deducated on 25 July 2017. This was agreed by both parties, Cell C agent and I.</p> <p> </p> <p>I receive an email today from Cell C stating that i need to pay up the arrear amount within two days or further action will be taken.</p> <p> </p> <p>"Please be advised that your account is overdue as at 7/12/2017</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly settle the amount of R 695.48 which is payable within 2 days from date of receipt hereof.</p> <p> </p> <p>Should you not make payment within the 2 day period your account will be subject to further internal collections process in order to recover the arrears."</p> <p> </p> <p>What is going on? I have made arrangements to pay on 25 July 2017 and I am not shirking the arrangement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why did i receive that email from Collections?? and at my work address too...why did they not utilise my personal email address????????????</p>
