<p>I have an email confirming that my contract will be termionated on the 21/03/2017. I received a notifacation this morining stating that a debit order went off for Cell C. I want a REFUND on this! The sim card is inactive. I consider this THEFT!!!!</p>

The amount that went off could have been your last debit order as your contract was cancelled on the 21/03/17 therefore the amount would be for the usage during the month of March.
Don't worry we will get one of our consultants to confirm this and if this is not the case then your refund will be prepared.
