Billing

<p>We took out a pinnacle unlimited contract with Cell C after 15 years with Vodacom it seemed like a good idea at the time.</p> <p>We looked at the t&c online, as well as comparing contracts as we are 200km from the nearest shop. I explained to the consultants that I need a contract that I can use out of office. They explained that this would be the best as I get unlimited (capped at 5000) minutes. </p> <p>Every month now I am being billed extra. I have followed up and apparently I am charged for 086 or 0800 numbers. This was not discussed once, eventhough I thoroughly explained what I need the phone for. </p> <p>I have already compromised better reception and better internet service with Vodacom now I have to pay extra for calls on an unlimited package??</p> <p>I am very unhappy and refuse to pay extra when I am already paying for an unlimited (5000min) package</p> <p>I did my homework as thoroughly as the website goes, and have a good mind of cancelling this contract.</p>
