Billing

<p>On 10/10/2016 I received my invoice statement form Cell c via email as usually, to my suprise my billing seemed a bit too high as normal however I contacted Cell-c to query this issue, an agent gladly assisted me and told me that a getmore service was activated on my account and without my approval which makes this *****ulant activity on my account, i needed answers as to who or why he then refered me to getmore department where i got no assistance at all but telling me that I'll be debited that amount which I request to be removed and have a normal debit run as usual. I kept calling cell-c with regards to this issue but hey they've got guts to sms me today telling me that the service can't be removed and I have to go with the flow (keep in mind "my money") they'll deibit. this was 2 weeks before my debit order goes through and now its a week to go but still they can't help me but are able to activate vas's without my approval. a shout out to you cell-c on your such so called service I can't wait to have my account closed. :-(</p>
