Billing

<p>Good day </p> <p>I have two contracts with Cell c and both come up to R360 , my problem is I'm bil**** more than R360. My agreement with Cellc is my debit orders will run on the last day of the month but now they go into my account before the agreed date and when they don't find funds I'm charged for that and it is unfair because i didnt agree that they can go in my account anytime. This month I paid 436 of which i'm billed for insufficient funds because they went into my account on the 29th of july and didn't find any funds of which that is not true there was funds in my account. I sent my bank statement to cellc in Ndofaya mall and still nothing has been done. please assist.</p>
