<p>I have made a payment to cell c on 5 may 2016. The payment does not reflect, and my service suspended.</p> <p>I mailed a statement to Derrick Maghubele where the balance of my account does not show. According to him finance dep will not accept this statement as the balance is not showing.</p> <p>I really dont know what the balance has to do with the proof of payment on my statement. Are you to lazy to do your work and now Derrick refuses to send my statement to the department to activate my account? Is this really fair? I had no service for a whole month and no one is willing to assist you. I also changed my banking details with him yesterday and I did not need any proof of my account. This is pathetic!!! Cell C is not a very good service provider and I will definitely not renew my contracts again.</p>
