BILLING!!!

Im Extremely upset a few minutes ago a debt collector from Select online Calls me to inform me about my account, she was extremely adrupt her name is Zuriada Khan, She says they have been sending me sms's etc,Which ive never recieved!! The last time I spoke to another rude person in their accounts department and this was LAST YEAR AROUND JUNE OR JULY so how is it possible that a year later they manage to get hold of me on the same number? I have no problem paying the account moving forward. I received a 'statement' from this place Selectonline today for the first time ever. Now this Zuriada is demanding payment arrangements, she has no idea how to speak to customers, So why is CELLC handing over their accounts to companies who is clearly not getting the work done. Somebody needs to call me so I can find out if infact my account is with Selectonline!
