I really don’t understand how Cell C operates your consultants are after a sale. In August 2019 I went to Cell C Fourways Mall for an upgrade the guy that was helping said I will be paying R749/R849 per month for iPhone XS and I told him as long as the amount that I am paying won’t increase even if it’s by 1cent I am okay with that.

To my surprise I got my statement for September and my balance was R1900 and some odd cents, I was so shocked and I called the call Centre for clarification and I didn’t get any help the lady told me I should go to where the contact was upgraded. I went to the store and they explained that there was a pro-rata amount, which made sense.

I just received my statement and the amount this month is R1733.11, I really don’t understand where is this figure coming from from I was told that I will pay R749/R849. Can someone explain to me why am I paying R1289 for my number that is in question, other numbers I know about them.
