I have been requesting that cell c correct my bill as i settled my contract of *** in May 2023 (R431.37)however a premium of R164,35 was deducted the same month of May 2023. I was then told that it will be fixed and nothing was done. An amount of R359.45 was still deducted in June 2023, i was called by cell c after I complained the second time and was told it will be reimbursed into my surplus amount. Still not done
