Cell C decided to deactivate my account and yet my monies are paid on time. i constantly battle with thier service dept as i previously also had issues with my payments not reflecting. today they tell me i need to complete a subcriber agreement again, which i dontt see why as i am an existing customer.

Please note that the account was deactivated due to non-payment.
However, the account is now up to date. Unfortunately, you would need to sign up for a new line, should you wish to make use of our services again.
