BILLING
I phoned Cell C with regards to my invoice as the amount was more than expected. The reasoning was explained to me, which I didn't agree with and I was promised that it would be taken up with accounts and someone will phone me back within 2 working days. it's been 5 working days and still no-one has phoned me back. Shocking. Reference number I received was ***
