Dear Cell C,<br> <br> I had 2 contracts with you and to my understanding one contract should have expired in July or August. To my surprise I am charged R213.98. I don't get statements even by even or Post. Please explain to me what R213.98 I am charged is for? I never renewed contract or bought anything lately from Cell C. . Please improve your service and attend this
