Billed without notifying

On the 5th of March I took two contracts out with Cell C at Game in Boksburg and we asked them what our bill will be and they said we only have to pay for the sim cards, everything else is included in the R99 per contract. We asked them if there will be any extra charges and they said no.<br> End March we got billed R195 per contract and when we asked why they said its for activation. Now this month we will be charged R297 per contract and this is for pro rata. Nobody told us anything, if they did inform us, we wouldn't have taken the contracts.<br> Because of this uninformed billing, I would like to cancel these contracts with no charge from me as this is NOT my mistake and I am not willing to pay for this.
