Billed unfairly again

Good day. Please see my previous report on 1.April 2015. I was phoned by a very nice lady saying that i will receive back the R180 that i was billed unfairly, i havent received it to date. Please follow up.<br> <br> Also, this month i was charged R179.66, but my agreement was R119.xx (almost R120) per month, i asked them various times, is that the amount and nothing more and they said yes! So please make sure that my contract is R119.xx and not R179.66 and pay me back the unfairly charged amount!! i'm very confused as to what is happening. if this is a once-off then please explain the reasons, and make sure that the following months will only be R120.
