Billed R2 379 for a R99 contract

I recently went back to Cell C despite my previous experience with them in 2011 which was sorted with the involvement of the Dti.<br> I was billed R 2379 for a R99 contract for my WiFi which i use mostly for Facebook and whatsapp after i stated clearly at the point of sale to Vusi Masia that \i want to pay R99
