Billed for something I have paid for in cash!

<p>I have been going back and forth with cell c. I lodged a query after i was billed a reconnection that i paid in cash at cell c Jabulani Mall. The 10th pf October the lady who rep**** to my query said that i should pay "R261-R114" and that the issue had been resolved.</p> <p>To my suprise when i went to pay today i found that the amount had not been removed. I am sick and tired of cell c and I want this contract CANCELLED!</p>
