Billed for something I don't own

Well done Cell C!!! You have now billed me for a tablet you fetched after my entire drama! Not only have you promised me three tablets then delivered one and never given me the correct feedback, you tried to fetch the tablet from someone else. Further to this, I escalated to Mandla Ncube who just doesn't feel the need to respond. I'm still waiting for a breakdown of my current account with you so that I can close it, from him. He refuses to give me his superior's details. I've already logged a complaint and your responses are so vague and incorrect so that you can at least say you responded... wow. What more must I do? Make sure you refund me the R113.86 you debited from my account with immediate effect - look at the last report I sent to you - and know that I'm now sending this through to ICASA because the level of competency, service and respect I have received from your company is disgraceful. How on earth can someone like Mandla be responsible for dealing with CEO escalations when he makes promises he can't keep, if he ever bothers to reply. I'm still waiting for my apology, which he said a month ago was being investigated. Cell C, definitely ONLY for yourselves!!!
