billed for paper bills and data and incorrect dd setup

<p>well i have a headache with this company ... i have asked two months ago to change my direct debit to correct bank from one account to another and what does cell c do they do not ammend my account and i get slapped with a R70 reversed payment fee and get charged with my bank.I asked them to chaged to paper bills but on the same day as asked them to change it backto e-mail as there calls are recoorded they need to listen to there calls when i changed to paper bills and then to email now i am still charged R5.15 for paper bills which i dont get anymore but still are chagred and to top it off no bills eish..... I called in this month to request to remove the add on data charged and now i was told because your account is suspended due to and error that cell c made for not debiting the correct bank account they say i cant remove the add on of data off my account which means i am charged again this is the second complaint i have lodge againt cell c why are the so poor in delivering a simple service...,. haaiboh</p>
