Billed for free data
How am I offered free data for three months that I have to pay for? I upgraded a contract in mid August 2015. I never requested to pay for free data. I also did not request for additional data. The offer was 3gigs of free data for three months and that is exactly what should have been app****. The contract was upgraded via cell c direct. Ref ***. The story is incorrectly app**** pro rata.
