Billed for free calls
I was in the idea that I have unlimited Cellc to Cellc free minutes. From yesterday I was charged calls that are supposed to be free. When I call customer care I am being send from pillar to post. I'm told have to wait for 24-48 hours for the matter to be resolved.No alternative is provided for me to continue making calls, I'm expected to pay calls that supposed to be free. Cellc is taking me for granted. And the consulted placed me on hold for five minutes
