Billed for Contract that does not exist

Hi<br> <br> I had a data contract that expired in October 2015 and when I made a call to notify Cell C that I have no intentions of upgrade, i was told that the contract was already upgraded on my behalf I was then advised to submit affidavit and certified copy of ID of which I did on the 12/11/2015 and case number *** was issued and upon a follow up another case number *** was issued. On the 29th January 2016 i received a call from Moses Mo***eng who assured me that the problem was resolved, to my surprise my account is still being debited for something that I do not have knowledge about.
