billed for consultants mistake

<p>I opened a contract with Cell C few months ago. The lady who assisted me accidentally opened a wrong contract on my name which was cancelled and fixed same time. Come end of the month Cell C charges me for both contracts. I then went into a Cell C branch to report it. The gentleman that assisted me contacted his head office to sort out the mess. They promised to refund me for the wrong bill. I have been back and forth numerous time to follow up with them and every time they have an excuse. It's been more then 6 months of fighting for my money and I still have not been refunded. I am tired already don't know what else to do to get them to refund me. I just want my money back.</p>
