Billed for Cancelled contract

Cell C service is so bad that we decided to cancel the contract. we had to give a months notice and was told we should call December as the 24 months would be up. After pulling blood, we finally got the cancellation date as the 17th January. i asked what would happen to all my airtime and was told it would be transferred to pay-as-you-go as i already paid for it.<br> Well, NO -pay-as-you-go, as we still being billed for the contract. NO ANSWER TO THEIR PHONES, HOW CONVENIENT.<br> WORST CELL SERVICE PROVIDER EVER.<br>
