Billed for a contract that is over!!!

I cancelled an account with cell c, that was supposed to come to an end in January of this year. It's April, and they continue to bill my account for a contract that has been honoured, and is now expired!!! I have visited cell c on numerous occasions, only to be faced with a bunch of idiots who do **** all!!!!!!
