Billed for a contract that i dont have

I order an additional Cell C contract in Jan 2014. Two days after receiving the phone I sent it back because I was not satisfied, STILL TO THE DAY CELL C IS DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS CONTRACT<br> I have called the call center close to a billion times to no avail, yet each and every month i am billed, The call center agents and legal dept is useless. Then they have the cheek to tell me that I cant get another line since i already have two,***<br> They refuse to pay my money back and transfer my calls from person to person
