Billed double !!!!
My Cell C contract expired, Today I noticed that instead on R399 I was billed R799.<br> I did not give permission to this. Phoned in to the call centre and after a whole bunch of key selections and holding for a operator the phone just cut off. Tried calling 4 times with the same result.<br> Clearly this type of service is one of the reasons Cell C are losing business.<br> Lucky my contract is at an end. Just have to get hold of Cell C now to cancel.<br> <br> Shockingly bad for a company the size off Cell C.
