Billed but full package not received
Late September I was contacted by Cell C regarding a cellphone contract promotion. Towards the end of October I received the contract Sim card and till date (11/ 11/ 2015) I still have not received the cellphone, yet money was deducted from my account and an e-statement was sent stating I owe more money although I have not even used the Sim card because I have no cellphone. I am utterly disappointed with Cell C.
