Billed and my account debited after closure of acc
I had requested a settlement letter and paid my account upto date and had it closed. 2 months later my account was debited and this resulted in me opening an enquiry in Jan 2016. Until today this has not been resolved as I was advised that I will be refunded and now they just don't have a clue as to why im not refunded as yet.
