Billed After Contract Ended - Then Handed Over

<p>i had a Cell C contract and i phoned in to Cell C to cancel my contract 3 times and i send an email. i phoned in and they said my contract will be cancelled effective the end of the month because of the 30day notice. I got the sms to say that my accounts were now on prepaid.</p> <p>so they the still billed the contract amount and now given me over for bad debt of R 299. YET no one at CELL C can give me a reason why.</p>
