Billed after close of contract - listed credit bureau

I closed my account with Cell C all good they send final invoice but (i find out now) they do not deduct of my account they list me at the credit bureau ---------- after four years they do not have the decency to call me and say they closed my debit order as well or what ever the excuse is. they just list.

For cash or EFT payments, please use the following ref no: ********** 80. With who els must i talk to st Cell C ??? You really abuse your rights with the credit bureau’s
