Cell C, unlocked my limits without my concern, now they claiming it was never locked, yet every month i call as soon as i finish the minutes it stops working, now they unlocked my limits without my consent so they can charge me extra, what a shame of **** . Really disappointed in their call center also. The consultants are rude.
