Bill discrepancy

I received a sms from cell c stating that my bill will be R612.82 which is slightly higher than what I pay on monthly basis. I reached out to their call center and spoke with a lady by the name of Khanyisile Ntuli from the JHB branch but I did not get any joy and her manager had conveniently had just stepped out. I need answers from cell C ASAP
