I had a contract with them last year, wished to cancel then got retained on a different package on a far lower rate. As I now expect the newly negotiated amount as my next payment I receive 2 different statements, both have two different addresses under my name with two different amounts which dont add up at all. Both for the same number. I called into the call center twice to find out whats going on but because they need security Questions answered none of the answers I give are correct because the info is different on both statements. As many times as you explain this to their call center agents they either cant understand or just dont want to help. Good Job Cell C.
