BIG COMPANY NO ASSISTANCE

My phone sim stopped working , i was told i need to go get a new one to do a sim swap,.But all the retailers don't have the replacement sim cards. I could only get sim with numbers relocated , when i called the service center i was told , that i must get get a replacement card as the one i wont work and they cant work around it . ALL THE CELL C shops are closed so i asked where can i get the correct sim , agent said i must just get on from the shop. I EXPLAINED NO ONE HAS THE REPLACEMENT SIM . I was told sorry they cant help . I then went to my local ****a job and low and behold they had the sim i need . WHY the F can a small business assist but your big chains stores could not surly i am not the only one who had this issue ? when my data is up i am going to Vodacom and leaving the Cell C circus behind
