Hi recently had a contract opened on my name without my knowledge I had been in contact with cellc and the store after a month it was sorted the assured me the contract was removed from my name which I was happy about all good and well today my debit order goes off and I am being charged for that contract I foned in the customer care line unfortunately under the pressure I am i got 1 question wrong which I told her I made a mistake can we redo the question she says unfortunately shes unable to assist me further which is annoying coz I was assured its dealth with and now I need to invest money again do running around stop my work just to rectify some1 else's mess up its not my mistake
