BEYOND USELESS

And the saga continues with these CLOWNS. Not only was my last complaint not resolved via this platform. I eventually paid the outstanding balance at the advice of the Ballito Branch(which will be closing soon...) and got reconnected. I receive an SMS today which indicates that what I in fact paid is still outstanding.!!!! Never in my life have I experienced this apathy and just total INCOMPETENCE from any shop or supplier I have ever dealt with. I forecast that Cellc will not see out 2021....
