Beyond useless
Why is it that I have to resort to the Hello Peter site every time that I have had a query with CellC over the past 12 years. Theses guys are pathetic and actually just don't care about customer service. I reported a query on my account on 3 March. Was phoned a few days later and the agent said that it would be escalated to a higher level. I have since contacted them and still nothing has been done. The debit order is about to be processed and I know what will now happen. \Sorry we cant refund you. We will have to credit your next account\". These people are pathetic and I will most certainly not upgrade at my next due date but will close my account and go elsewhere."
