Beyond Third grade !!!!

One of the worst company to have dealt with. Its been months, no news on my phone repairs . The worst decision was to take a **** company like hollard. After paying for access no news on my phone. I dont want to call that ****py call center either, average time to pick up is 20 mins. And when someone picks up the sound is never clear. Here's the best thing, after picking the phone when want to check on your case, operator is gone for about 20 mins ?! Where are they going ? I am basically done, I will go with Vodacom. It so difficult to be without my phone . I would NEVER advise anyone to work with your company again. Here's what we can do . Pay me all my premiums and excess back. I don't want to deal with your company ever again! Not forgetting that call center staff is Highly ***********.
