beyond terrible

<p>on the 25th Oct , i walk in Cell C Bluff Towers, it was around 10.30 to 11.30 am, on my arrival i noted a black lady seating on customer service chair, She was busy on call , and she was using her personal phone, One other lady with curly hair was helping a customers, I walk around the store hoping that someone will offer some help, I walk around for more than 6 minutes, on my surprise one african guy came out from back office or canteen , I looked at him thinking he would come to the front to assist me, Well He also didnt bother,</p> <p>i was so shocked and I still dont believe that cellular shop give such customer service while the competition is to tough , I believe your staff needs more cusstomer service training , On how to MEET, GREET , the customer, the service i recieved is ZERO , i would like the store manager to contact me direct and explain what was happening that particular day '''''''' </p>
